Visited to get a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the establishment, it was at least 100 degrees inside with zero air circulation in the lobby. The cashier told us after ordering that we could not get our food to go because we told her we were a dine in. Upon telling her we were not staying, she made our order to go. My 96 year old cousin accidentally left her purse and a young gentleman was kind and brought it out to us before leaving. We double check our order and we're missing a sandwich. When we went back and asked, it was our fault for changing our order to go!! The food was really good, but the customer service was really poor and it was sweltering in the lobby.

I love this place! Right in town and the food and ice cream is delicious! Not super expensive either! Everyone is always super nice and quick!

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff. Wide menu variety, a little disjointed so it takes a bit of time to make a choice. I’m certain that when you become a regular its a destination. The Spanish sauce is interesting. The flavor is a crossover sloppy Joe and chili. Great on an order of cheese fries. Also has a good old Indiana breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Enjoyed it a lot. Be sure to end you meal with some of the ice cream. Chocolate Shoppe ice cream is some of the best around. I’ve never had any of it I didn’t love including the no sugar added. I’m a bit of an ice cream aficionado….

This is a smaller ice cream stand that also has food. The people were all super nice. They had some seating outside under a cover. Then inside they have some seating also. The food is typical DQ type food. Burgers and tenderloin, etc. My wife got a burger without a bun as they did not have a gluten-free option. She said it was good. I got a breaded tenderloin. It also was good. Had good flavor. Could have used more toppings on it as the tenderloin extended about 2 inches out from bun all the way around. A huge plus for me is they had coke Fountain Pop, and mellow yellow was available. Then, the French fries were crinkle cut fries. It was nothing special but had decent flavor. Now we ended with hand dipped ice cream. Wife got a peanut butter type ice cream. I cot one that had fudge chunks in it and in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. This was a very nice stop on out trip home. If we are near here again we will stop.
